Life Without No One is Around

I got Soft Skill course on my second term in college. This is my first time I learn about Soft skills. At first, I thought that we didn’t really need soft skills in our life, but when Miss Endang told a story about her experiences. I realized that we need to pay attention with around, of course our attitude is important.

We are living in social life, every day we interact with other people. That’s why we must have a good behavior or politeness. This is a simple example that we can learn something from it. Tammy is a really smart girl, she is beautiful as well. At school, she is always being number one, the famous one. She can do anything that she wants to. One day, her teacher asked her to be a leader of a team of class in school event. Could you guess? Exactly she failed, her team is the worst among the others. Why did it happen? It causes she doesn’t have any respect to the others. She thinks that she always right, never want to criticize by others. She pretends all of her friends is dumb because she is the number one. She can do anything without any help from somebody else. She prefers to work by herself, only herself. That’s why she can’t socialize and coordinate her team. She doesn’t know how to behave well in front of the people. Her appearance not as well as her words.

So, what we can learn from it? Although we have a beauty or handsome faces, but if we can’t respect others, they won’t respect us as well. Otherwise, if we did, they will help us when we need any helps. Honestly, I feel that’s the story is the real one. I met someone that has behavior like that. In fact, we can see the arrogance when they speak with their body language. Very annoying!!! But one thing, that we must remember is the first sight  is really important. Mostly, people will guess our character in first met and I think our behavior also contributed in our carrier. If we can build a relationship with somebody else nicely, they will trust us in any matter.
